It's a brilliant plan, really. All the collectors will be (D)'s, they will have the local election rolls with all addresses of registered (R)'s, and all ballots collected from those addresses will be "lost".
The only stupid ones will be those (R)'s that actually hand them over, and there will be some of them.

The only good thing I see about it is that it is a paper ballot and not the electronic one, I have never trusted the electronic ones. Harder to rig an election with paper ballots and having to hide the changing or disposal of them then it is to rig an election by changing a 1 to a 0 on a electronic ballot, IMHO.

Well, I guess this in no surprise. We can't trust our government, and we can't trust our right to vote, and the outcome. So, a no win situation. Oh, wait it is a win/win situation for the party that wants to commit voter fraud. Which is my guess is what happened in 2012 with Romney/Obama. Sad state of affairs, indeed. We need to get our republic back. How do we do that, short of revolution?
