Wow no mention of the Enviro Whackos, the "Clam Shell Alliance" and the like, that filed lawsuit after lawsuit, and had protest after protest and sit in after sit in, and drove construction and schedule costs through the roof.. NO mention of the real reason construction was stopped, or delayed, or plans of future Nuke Plants scrapped.. It wasn't TVA that made the costs skyrocket and construction take 30 years..
