In Prince Frederick sucks! If I was a resident of Calvert or a daily commuter using that route, I would call someone to get it fixed. And that light at Southern Connecter Blvd has a quick trigger. Dunkirk lights are timed well.
But as a driver of a dump truck, I greatly appreciate the flashing light warning me of a red light at the BOTTOM of the hill at Plum Point Road and Rt 4. 55,000lbs cannot stop on a quarter, especially with downhill momentum.
