I take mine to Dr. Sheth in Lexington Park, which I know is outside of your area. HOWEVER, he's part of a small group of doctors that trade off weekend hours and vacations. The two offices that he trades weekends with are Dr. Patel in Leonardtown (in that building between the parking lots with McKays and Food Lion) and Dr. Dhillon who is in Leonadtown on the square.
I've been to see both (on an irregular basis when the kids get sick on the weekends) and they both seemed very nice. I can't really speak to how their offices are during regular business hours, but we never had any wait when we saw Dr. Patel.

Dr. Dhillon was our pediatrician. He's the only doctor I've known to follow up with a personal phone call after office hours, to check up on "Bub" after we had him with a high fever. I don't know the others mentioned.
So who do you recommend?

I can reccomend Dr Sarah Johnson. She is in leonardtown, young and great with kids. She also sees adults if you are looking for a family doctor. The only downside i have seen is that she is in a large office and it is usually busy. Wait times aren't too bad, but you do sit in a waiting room full of sick people who are mostly there to see other docs.
Dr. Sheth's wife is a bitch and will one day have his practice closed down due to double billing. Half of his office staff are rude I wanted to smack the taste out of their mouths.
Dr. Dhillon is more worried about collecting as much money from your insurance every single time you come in, so be prepared to have a CBC (white cell count by finger prick) a throat culture, a rapid strep and have the fluid checked in the ears every single visit! Then it's come back tomorrow, repeat, come back the next day repeat, and come in 3 more times for follow ups. And if you're lucky, your 12 year old with a 104.5 degree fever won't have to come in 6 days in a row until puss spews from his sinus cavity before he finally prescribes an antibiotic because he's damn near septic and Dr. Dhillon can't get anymore out of your insurance company before killing him with a deadly infection.
Dr. Patel? Not always the sharpest tool in the shed. Be your own child's advocate. You know your kid better than anyone else. Make sure if you think there is a problem, that he addresses the problem.
Dr. Miller and Associates? Doesn't have hospital privileges, so that there makes me question the practice. If your kid ends up in the hospital because you took said kid to the office several times and they blew you off and now the kid is severely sick (like what recently happened to my friend), be prepared to have the "house doctor" visit your child in the hospital. An BTW, it's a new doctor every day.
Good luck!!
Dr gala in Lexington Park behind CVS. I've been very happy with his care and his general approach
