I looked at UN news since that link mentioned above no longer links to the story. I found this gem hidden in UN news. They are finding Iraq weapons pieces showing up in scrapyards. Nice tactic - break them down before the war and ship them out.

I am trying to find a UN article further referring to the satellite imagery just casually mentioned in the one I linked here.
