New appliance delivered with a scratch :(

Damn, been waiting a week, sat at home all day, delivery was almost 2 hrs late, after the delivery men left I noticed scratches on my new appliance.

If it's a fridge, you may be in luck. Same thing happend to me less than a year ago. HH Gregg said they would deliver me a new one. They showed up with a replacement but prior to offloading it, the installer offered me a deal. The scratch was on the door so he said, "We can swap out the fridge entirely or we can simply replace the doors." But, with the replacing the doors option, I would be given a $200 HH Gregg gift card. I took the gift card and they spent 5 minutes swapping doors. Made no difference to me. Said they offer it all the time. It saves everyone time and money and usually the end user only cares about having "new and shiny".
