Are there any 100K jobs in Calvert County/Somd

And even at those two places there are probably relatively very few 100K jobs unless you have some serious skills.

For the government side GS-13/ND-4 is not that hard to get as an engineer, BFM, or contract specialist and climb into that range about midway through the pay grade.

Those would be the "special(ized) skills" I mentioned.

I guess the OP has come to the realization that while he could afford to buy here he can't afford to live here. I hear there's some cheaper places in Baltimore. He could move back there.

LOL,

Let's shoot,

What skills do you have living in North Beach?

I work two work from home 1099's. Each of which pull in around 50 - 60 an hour. Both are IT related positions, .NET development, application development etc...

Last year I pulled in around $260,000... (not including my rental income).

No I lack skills, I need to go ahead and apply for welfare this year.

Haha, I love the humble-brags from people making a few hundred-thousand a year. Not making enough to fit in with your rich friends? Come brag on the community forums!

I didn't come to brag. I came to ask a honest question. But before I can even reply to the answers I #### from "NorthBeach" about.....

"I guess the OP has come to the realization that while he could afford to buy here he can't afford to live here. I hear there's some cheaper places in Baltimore. He could move back there."

Insinuation and Assumption based on my original question.

My wife is looking for a job, and yes she has some serious skills as well.
