Need someone to replace one siding panel/handyman

We lost a piece of siding. It is about 30' up. Need someone to put it back up. Our ladder isn't long enough. Thanks for recommending someone/estimates.

If it can wait, I'd put it off until temps rise and stabilize above freezing. You hit a piece of siding; assuming it's vinyl; with a hammer, in freezing temps, it tends to crack/split.
I've even seen it shatter like window glass.
