Lady Warriors of Charles County Fastpitch tryouts

The Lady Warriors of Charles County will be holding tryouts for our 10u,12u, and 16u travel teams July 25,26 and August 1. We are also planning a 14u team and are currently looking for a Manager for the team. Players only need to attend one tryout. Don't let the word travel scare you!!!! We play the majority of our tournaments within 2 hours driving to minimize hotel costs. We are also a very budget minded organization, keeping the cost way below any other team in the area with fundraising. Playing competitive fastpitch softball does not have to be expensive!

If you are looking to play some highly competitive softball, this is the team to join.

We practice in the La Plata area and practice through the winter indoors. Frequency of practice will depend on the manager of the team and the time of year. We will be starting our 3rd season for the 2015-2016 season and are part of the Warriors Baseball Club of Charles County.

We have 3 tournaments planned for the fall season as of now. All teams will practice indoors through out the winter. Team fees will depend on total number of tournaments played, fundraising participation and sponsors. We as an organization try to keep the cost as low as possible to families, this past year, we were able to keep team fees under $300 while still attending 10 total tournaments, including the (to be played)Salisbury World Series.

If you want to play for a competitive team at a reasonable cost, come take a look. We are focused on teaching the fundementals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and preparing the players for higher levels of competition in the years to come.
