Chef Mike Price, who originally hails from St. Mary's County, appears in this brief video to demonstrate to the world how to prepare a Southern Maryland Stuffed Ham. The video, and short piece, appears on the SAVEUR website, a well-respected culinary publication. Mike is the executive chef at Market Table in Manhattan.

Wow - Just learned of another way to do a stuffed ham. Never heard of the butter fly method. Can't wait to try it.
