Hey i would have even known about this without looking at the Stupid Dorset article

GUess i will be up early tomorrow !

For the 2016 edition of the Quadrantids (pronounced KWAD-ran-tids), the official peak is expected Monday (Jan. 4) at about 3 a.m.

too early for me, i will look up tonight while walking the dogs at about 10:00 pm, maybe i will catch a straggler or two.
