Local moving company recommendations

I need a trustworthy local moving company to move the contents of a 4 bedroom home into another 4 bedroom home. Any recommendations ? Companies to stay away from ?

I've used Quality (located on 235 NB between Lexington Park and California). They arrived on time, were very friendly, and handled everything with care. The owner personally came out to see how things were going. I would use them again!

Stay away from McKendree Moving and Storage in Waldorf.

Do they do out of state moves as well??

I did pricing for out of state moves with moving to FL. I did want to have mover's handle this move but with medical expenses, truck fixes, and other things that came up. From SC to FL was about 2400 with Mayflower. I barely had a minimum load also.
