    Suspect Vehicle is a newer model Chevy Cruz


    The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the Vandalisms that occurred on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 12:50 AM to Abell’s Tavern and the Callaway Post Office which are in the 20200 block of Piney Point Road in Piney Point Maryland. The suspects shattered the glass doors of both establishments with a BB Gun.     Theft Suspects - ID Needed

    The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the persons pictured above. On Saturday, October 14, 2017 @ 12:00 PM the suspects walked out of the California, Maryland Walmart with three (3) Jetson hoverboards they did not pay for. The thieves were last seen leaving the parking lot in a blue Dodge Caravan bearing MD tags 5AK2390. The California, Maryland Walmart is located at 45485 Miramar Way.

    Wanted for Escape

    David Logan Scopin

    On October 16, 2017, inmate David Logan Scopin, age 32 of Waldorf, left a treatment facility, in violation of his pre-trial commitment. Scopin, was last seen operating a black 2003, Pontiac Sunbird. Scopin’s last known address is in Waldorf, and he also has family in Baltimore. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Det.     Robbery Suspects:


    The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office is seeking the identity of the two persons pictured below. On Saturday, October 14, 2017, the suspects entered the Lexington Village Wine & Spirits store and went to different parts of the store. The store clerk was distracted by one of the suspects, at which time the other suspect then grabbed a bottle of liquor from behind the counter, placed it in his vest and left the store. The store clerk then made contact with the remaining suspect in the store, and a struggle ensued. During the struggle bottles of liquor fell from the suspect's clothing. The second suspect then fled the store. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call DFC. Schultz at (301) 475-4200 ext *1953, or the Sheriff's Office at (301) 475-8008.     Vandalism Suspect – ID Needed

    Suspect Has Been Identified

    The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured above. On Friday, September 15, 2017 @ 00:10 AM the suspect intentionally pushed over the coffee stand in the Great Mills Sheetz, located at 20760 Old Great Mills Road causing extensive damage. He left in the company of a short, heavy set black female and a thin black male in a black 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Maryland tags 8CB6985. On Wednesday, October 18, 2017 @ 10:30 PM, the suspect stole cigarettes and other merchandise from behind the counter of the Mechanicsville 7-11 by crawling on his hands and knees. The victim's wallet with credit cards were stolen between October 2, 2017, to October 3, 2017, in the Lexington Park area. On October 3, 2017, at 6:10 A.M., the suspects used one of the stolen credit cards at the Walmart, located at 45485 Miramar Way, in California. Anyone with information is asked to contact Deputy M.     Theft & Fraud Suspect – IDENTIFIED

    The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured above. Sometime between Saturday, October 21st at 12 Noon and Tuesday, October 26, 2017 at 3PM the victim’s purse was stolen from the 38000 block of East Edinview Ct. Mechanicsville, Maryland. On Tuesday, October 26, 2017 at 3:32 PM the suspect used the victim’s stolen credit card to make purchases in the California, Maryland Walmart. The California, Maryland Walmart is located at 45485 Miramar Way.     Theft Suspect – ID Needed


    The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured above. On Friday, October 29, 2017, between 2 AM and 7 AM, the suspect who appears to be a white female, entered the victim’s unlocked truck. The truck was parked in the 44400 block of Clarkes Landing Road, Hollywood, Maryland. A blue gym bag containing 3 Dallas Cowboys Reebok jerseys, size 52 was stolen. The jerseys were a Dez Bryant throwback jersey, a white Jason Witten jersey, and a white Tony Romo jersey. Also contained in the bag was a men’s gray XL Dallas Cowboys hooded sweatshirt and 2 women’s Dallas Cowboys hats.     The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office is seeking the identity of the persons pictured above. During the timeframe of Friday, September 29, 2017 at 10 PM to Sunday, October 15, 2017, a burglary occurred to a home in the 27000 block of Queen Tree Road, in Mechanicsville. Among the items stolen in the burglary were numerous Lowe's Gift Cards.

    On Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at 2:30 PM, the pictured suspects used several of the stolen gift cards to make purchases at the Lowe's Store located in California, MD. On Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at 8:37 PM, additional stolen Lowe's Gift Cards were again used at the Lowe's Store in California, MD.
