I don't know how you would distinguish this accident from any other county. I would guess this could happen in St Mary's or Charles County as well as Calvert. :shrug:

It could, but the majority of officer involved crashes in the three Counties involve Calvert Deputies and MSP Troopers assigned to Calvert.

By reading the article, this did not appear to be the Deputy's fault, accidents can happen to anyone.

I was assuming he forgot the "NOT" as in did NOT appear to be at fault.
