All,
We are starting a metal detecting club in SOMD and we are looking for a place for our first scheduled club event.
Do you have a former Tabaco field that slaves may have at one time harvested, a home over a 100 years old, a farm near Point Lookout, Jefferson Patterson Park or Brooms Island RD. Maybe a wooded area with a few foundation stones on it or the remains of a stone fireplace?
Do you have a family member or a friend that may have a place like this we could contact, or do you know of other places of interest?
Were reaching out to you for help, and would appreciate any assistance in helping provide us with a local outing location.
