A company in Spain claims their new smart mattress can detect if a partner is cheating all through an app on your smartphone.

The company, Durmet, says the Smarttress can send alerts to your smartphone when the bed is being used, including how many people are on it. The trick is the mattress uses 24 ultrasonic sensors to detect ‘suspicious activity.’

I saw this, it's soo stupid. I don't even understand this, why would you bring your affair to your own home to #### on the marital bed? Also, someone who has that much money to burn on a mattress probably has a 4+ BR home with multiple other beds in the home (that can be used). Also you can #### on the floor, car, hotel etc...

You know what would have been better. If they made a mattress with a passive "sniffer" nose built into the mattress. It can detect smells and irregularities in the person, so if you've been with someone it could alert via smartphone.

But the electronic nose tech is way behind.

To sum this whole thing up, if you have to spend several grand on a mattress just to indicate if you partner is ####ing around, then you already have some problems in your marriage.
