Panic Mode: Khizr Khan Deletes Law Firm Website

Khizr Khan, the Muslim Gold Star father that Democrats and their allies media wide have been using to hammer GOP presidential nominee Donald J. Trump, has deleted his law firm’s website from the Internet. This development is significant, as his website proved—as Breitbart News and others have reported—that he financially benefits from unfettered pay-to-play Muslim migration into America.

A snapshot of his now deleted website, as captured by the Wayback Machine which takes snapshots archiving various websites on the Internet, shows that as a lawyer he engages in procurement of EB5 immigration visas and other “Related Immigration Services.”

The website is completely removed from the Internet, and instead directs visitors to the URL at which it once was to a page parking the URL run by GoDaddy.

The EB5 program, which helps wealthy foreigners usually from the Middle East essentially buy their way into America, is fraught with corruption. U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has detailed such corruption over the past several months, and in February issued a blistering statement about it.

The stipulations to be eligible for a EB-5 Visa are:

•Make the necessary investment in a commercial enterprise in the United States; and
•Plan to create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers

The stipulations to be eligible for a E2 Treaty investor (which he also specializes in) are:

•Be a national of a country with which the United States maintains a treaty of commerce and navigation
•Have invested, or be actively in the process of investing, a substantial amount of capital in a bona fide enterprise in the United States
•Be seeking to enter the United States solely to develop and direct the investment enterprise. This is established by showing at least 50% ownership of the enterprise or possession of operational control through a managerial position or other corporate device.

Essentially, this guy's helping bring wealthy people in the country who have to create jobs and invest in American companies.

Isn't this exactly what Trump wants? Only bring in in "the best" who are willing to invest in and "bring jobs back" to America?

No, they do care but it is short term. Look at Benghazi. Obama and his folks, including her, knew they were lying and that it would come out, sooner or later. This isn't just the Clinton's. Obama chose short term expediency, trying to get past the election, certainly a large goal, over being honest. So, it's not like they are alone in this. Where they are different, and I am nowhere near the first to suggest it, is that they do it when there isn't even a benefit such as helping to win an election. It's taken a week to refute this guy and now, it is likely to be a net negative to them unlike Obama where, if nothing else, you can point to his lies as at least benefiting him. They do this all the time, lie when there is no net benefit.

No, but I'm having a hard time believing Breitbart. The only people reporting this is right wing sites.

It's much more plausible that he simply didn't pay his domain name fee.

Sure there's corruption but no one, including Sen. Grassley, is advocating getting rid of the EB-5 or E2 systems, are they? There's crony capitalism and corruption with the Ex-Im bank, but no one wants to change that, or vote for a candidate willing to change it. I don't think foreign investments are bad (and neither does Trump), but I'm not willing to vilify this guy because Breitbart jumps up and down after the guy's (obviously outdated) website goes kaput.

Where does the information come from that he deleted it ? Budget hosting services sometimes just redirect if there is a problem with the underlying site, e.g. a DOS attack.

Bringing Khan to the convention was one more proof that Hillary's term will be a repeat of Obama's term.

Larry, Hillary sat there on national television and said that Dir. Comey corroborated the lie she told the public about her email server. Any number of news people and op-ed pundits have compared what Comey actually testified with what Hillary said about the situation, which proves beyond any doubt that she is a lunatic and pathological liar with a cavalier attitude toward national security.

And her supporters don't care.

So why do you think they'll care about this? Her supporters WANT Muslim terrorists in this country. They WANT cops killed. Didn't you watch the convention? She was clear, therefore obviously her supporters want what she's selling.
