Concrete patio - recommendations?

Anyone have recommendations for someone to do a concrete patio? We have a patio that needs to be broken up and taken away, and want a new one put in. Looking for some creativity in surface, design, shape, etc. and not just a concrete pad. Thanks in advance!

They built a series of retaining walls for me, very pleased. I was going to call them for a patio myself when my funds recover from other projects.
