More details:

In the crash, five occupants of the car – three adults and two toddlers – were critically injured after the car crashed into a tree and caught on fire. Upon impact, one woman was ejected, the driver suffered fractures to his legs and was dragged to safety, and a young adult female and two toddlers were trapped in the burning car. The footage captured the actions officers, firefighters, and a citizen took to get the occupants out of the car. Everyone survived the crash, but their injuries were severe. The woman who was trapped suffered second and third-degree burns.

Apparently, there were some very heroic efforts to rescue the people trapped in the burning car. Mankind at its best.
