Metrocast internet caps

Hi just moved here. My internet has a cap at 350gb a month, I've been with time warner for most of my adult life and never had to worry about caps so I've never thought about. I game online and download movies every so often, as well as youtube and netflix just about every day. Is it easy to hit 350gb in a month? Should I be worried if I go over? Thanks.

An average 2 hour movie in 1080p/HD should be about 3.5 GB. Standard def of the same duration should be no more than 700 MB.

Gaming varies. Not a gamer myself so no direct experience.

I'm not a Metrocast customer but it should be spelled out in pretty clear terms in your contract. The last contract with a provider I had that had caps was Comcast and they take it very seriously. Some providers will cut you off for the remainder of your billing cycle. Others might ratchet back your bandwidth. Go through the contract; it should be very clearly laid out.
