I guess they figure all the smaller handouts arent going to be enough to keep the Marxist in power.

Give them $10k and what do you think they'll do with it? Most will piss it away because if they knew how to make and manage money, they wouldn't be lower income. Give someone with substance abuse issues $10k and now you have a dead substance abuser.

Maybe that's the plan?
