Air Expo?

Does anyone know what the Air Expo that is going on today and tomorrow is all about? I kind of want to take my little one. Is it just viewing parked airplanes or do they actually put on a show?

Wow I was in town today and would never have guessed the air show was in progress. Much less noise than I remember from previous shows.
