Not that I'm aware of. Most go out of Dover AFB, although I believe there are some medical hops to Europe from Andrews. The last time I checked though was back in the '99 - '00 timeframe.

Andrews, Dover and McGuire are the best bets. They post the flights on their Facebook pages with the number of seats available.
