Always enjoy the content of what she has to say but her voice really grates on me.

She doesn't have the best speaking voice, but it doesn't really "grate" on me. She's refreshing after some of the "interview" video's I watch on YT where they catch the crybully snowflakes on the boardwalk, or between safe spaces in campus.
