Seventy-five years ago today. No declaration of war, just a surprise attack. The Japanese will pay a heavy price.

in all fairness the Embassy was late in delivering the message ..... not that delivering the news an hour before an attack you planed 6 months in advance is much excuse

I've read that. I bet they weren't an hour late over Pearl Harbor.

Never mind formalities. We knew war was coming. Those men were sacrificed and the people were lied to in order to motivate war passions.
