La-Z-Boy repair experiences

looking for info on experiences with Laz-z-boy repairs. my recliner is lightly used, just hit 2 year mark so out of their labor warranty. a button fell off the back cusioned part. i have the button and it doesnt look like it broke, just maybe the threading that was holding it. they want $109 for the visit and onsite repair, unless deemed it needs to be sent out which is an additional cost.

Am i just better off finding a local shop to thread the button back on? i know nothing about recliners so im still stumped on how you gain access between the back of the recliner and the cushion on the front side, lol.

I would find a local upholstery shop to do it. Should be a simple fix to reattach the button but the back will have to be opened for access to secure the button. Probably should only take a few minutes to do it.
