But development like that will bring high end stuff to the northern part of the county. Fatrat can get some fine dining, subdivide and sell his investment. Everyone will be happy.

I was at the meeting and there are no apartments coming to that piece of land. Commissioner O'Connor was there and he said over and over again that there are no apartments coming in and that the land back there would not allow for them to be built.
