Anybody on or been on Rte 4 S in a while accidents?

Just heard there are multiple accidents between waysons and rte 260. Traffic is really backed up

I saw a whole lot of emergency equipment in the area while I was at Home Depot and I could see traffic was barely moving going southbound. But that was at 3PM. Its still backed up???

The time on my receipt was 3:04, and as I was walking out of the store I could hear a *lot* of sirens and the RT4 traffic might have been going 5MPH by the time I got on 301 heading south. On my way down 301, I saw a couple more fire trucks and 1 ambulance heading that direction.
