Land clearing off Chancellor's Run

Anybody know why land is being cleared on the north bound side of Chancellor's Run across from (I think) Robinson's Ct?

And, no, i doubt it's the go-kart track.

when I lived about 300 feet north of there, there was a sign and some notices in the paper that that was going to be the site of a church.

Yeah a few years ago there was a sign in that particular area about a Church that was going to be built there. We shall see. I think I remember it being an Assembly of God Church...
