Wouldn't you think a guy who's been in Congress for 36 years, a Senator for over 18 of those years, would know what the three branches of government are? I mean, this guy is the Minority Leader, and completely incompetent in understanding how the federal government is designed to work. What a shame.

Had a Republican made that same verbal mistake, the progbot news would be all over it for days and it would be dissected minutely, deeming the speaker "unqualified" and demanding! his resignation.

Willow Branch - for timely corrections and punishments.
