Not a lot of criminal worship in this administration. As it should be.

getting tough on crime

... and I can't for the life of me figure out why so many feign horror over the idea of holding criminals accountable for committing crimes.

They have to make law and order a priority to deal with the non-stop rioting fascists.

From the article:

"Protecting the people of this country from crime, and especially from violent crime, is the high calling of the men and women of the Department of Justice. Today, I am afraid, that has become more important than ever," Sessions said in his prepared remarks.

Why is protecting the people of this country from crime, especially violent crime, more important today than ever??? Doesn't seem as though the author and the Attorney General live in the same country...

Another order calls for the creation of a task force to reduce violent crime — even though the murder rate has declined sharply in recent decades

One executive order announced Thursday directs the Justice Department to define new federal crimes, and increase penalties for existing ones, to further protect local and federal officers from acts of violence.

Based on the rationale provided on this site on an almost daily basis...police officers should never be involved in violent acts. They are armed and they are trained constantly to use their weapons. How can there ever be a violent act committed against and armed and trained individual??? Oh...that's right...the argument that carrying a weapon prevents crime is just f****ing stupid!

In a video statement Thursday to Justice Department employees, Sessions said the department plays a critical role in "maintaining and strengthening the rule of law which forms the foundation for our liberty, our safety, and our prosperity."

So...the "rule of law"...huh? That some rule of law that is applied by the judicial branch and created by the legislative branch? The other two branches of govt that our current illustrious President doesn't think should exist??? The basis for our rules of law are founded on the Constitution...a document our current President has obviously never read.

Now you are getting silly.

Why? Why is it stupid?

When an armed criminal is stopped, caught, arrested, taken down - yeah, it's by someone who is armed.

Adios.

Federal agents arrested more than 150 people suspected of violating immigration laws during a three-day sweep across Northern California, authorities said Tuesday.[FONT=&quot]About half of those arrested have criminal convictions. A top Immigration and Customs Enforcement official said he thought others were able to elude arrest after the Oakland mayor alerted the public about the upcoming raids.

ICE Deputy Director Thomas D. Homan blasted so-called sanctuary laws in San Francisco and Oakland, saying they endanger immigration officers who aren't allowed in jails and therefore must make more arrests in the community.

But wait.....
Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf sent out the alert Saturday night, saying she had heard from multiple sources that immigration agents would be conducting enforcement operations "starting as soon as within the next 24 hours."
She urged residents here illegally to take precautions, sparking debate about what role politicians and city governments should play in spreading information — both confirmed and unconfirmed — about possible federal immigration sweeps.

But wait.....

They'll end up going to no notice, break of dawn tactics. They'll revise policy to keep local PD's and politicians out of the loop. The fed will have to hire more staff for "enforcement" which will make the local politicians scream and the taxpayers wallet lighter.

Power with Control
Good time for ICE to start a disinformation campaign and feed the city govt bogus information.
