Almost = "not quite actually". I'd agree that it is not quite actually as if GOP calls for "religious freedom" actually mean "religious freedom for Christians and Christians only." We like freedom for Jews, and atheists, and American Indians, and Muslims (up to but not quite the point where the most radical/fundamental harm or kill others), etc., etc.
