Here on the Gulf Coast, their thing is seafood - of course - but their unique thing is smoked tuna dip. It's fresh smoked tuna chopped up with a teeny tiny bit of mayo and a bunch of herbs and seasonings. I thought it would be like tuna salad but it's not. Most restaurants serve it and you can get it to go at the fresh seafood places. We had it with pico and sliced jalapenos with tortilla chips. DElicious!

We had that when we were in florida but it wasn't tuna, although that was an option. The one we got was smoked trout. It was really good. They served it w/ crudité, crackers, and pita chips.
