Preliminary Cause: Incendiary

Additional Information: A joint investigation with the Charles County Sheriffs Office revealed unknown suspect(s) forcebly entered an unoccupied/vacant townhouse. In addition to the property destruction, plastic items from inside the townhouse were placed on a functioning stovetop burner and intentionally ignited. The items self extinguished before the fire could spread to the rest of the townhouse.

Preliminary Cause: Incendiary

Additional Information: A joint investigation with the St. Mary's County Sheriffs Office revealed someone intentionally damaged numerous items on the vehicle. In addition to the property destruction, the convertible top on the Jeep was intentionally ignited in an attempt to destroy the Jeep.
