Hmmm, so, how is Russians telling stories that as my wifes favorite uncle says are "Virtually almost true" doing anymore to undermine faith in our democracy than our own bought and paid for lifetime politicians who ignore what's right in favor of what's bought and paid for? Who ignore the fact that we have not had a budget for almost a decade because partisanship on both sides? Yeah, it's the Russians......

It's amazing that she picked Comey of all people to say we are getting fake news.
The guy who convinced us all that Hillary was guilty, but wasn't worth prosecuting.
The guy who knew the law and refused to cause it to be used on orders from above.
I wouldn't take Comey;s word if he said the sky was blue.

I'm amazed this story still has any traction whatsoever.
One thing everyone everywhere is in agreement on - whatever the Russians may or may not have done, there's not the slightest evidence they tampered at all with the actual election itself.
There's speculation aplenty that people may have contacted them at different times during the election period - there's also evidence that someone was trying to spy on Trump or his campaign - for whatever reason, valid or not.
But the very worst anyone can say about the Russians is that they may have used their resources to influence what people THINK in order to affect their vote.
Get people to vote this way - or that.

If anything, Wikileaks PROVED that campaigns were either breaking the law or rigging the outcome. Or were at least - unethical.
So I don't buy the bull#### that the Russians tried to change people's minds - because that's what campaigns do, out in the open.

That seems to be more the province of a press secretary or FCC person than the head of the FBI. I mean, the only reason anyone would need to be concerned with fake news is that we do NOT have a news industry that is reflexively trusted. maybe he needs to talk to them? Why y'all not trusted?
