Top 12 'Woke' Chelsea Clinton Moments

7. Multimillionaire Chelsea, who had a $3 million wedding ceremony (Thanks, Clinton Foundation!), can't bring herself to care about money. She's too woke.

The Daily Caller reports:

A woman who spent $3 million on a wedding to a hedge fund millionaire with whom she shares a $10 million Manhattan apartment says that she does not care about money.

“I was curious if I could care about [money] on some fundamental level, and I couldn’t,” Chelsea Clinton told the UK Telegraph in an interview about the trajectory of her career. “That wasn’t the metric of success I wanted in my life.”

Clinton is the daughter of multi-millionaires Bill and Hillary Clinton, both of whom have had storied political careers.

“It is frustrating, because who wants to grow up and follow their parents?” Chelsea, 34, said in the interview. “I’ve tried really hard to care about things that were very different from my parents,” she said.

my so in-tune with progressiveness ...... I wonder when she will walk on water

If I had her parents I would try hard not to be like them too.
I have tried all my life to be as good a man as my father.
I had real parents.
As for money, when you have always had it , I suppose it doesn't bother you. But if you married and scraped along for a year or more on Beef stew that you cooked to last a week and cereal, money takes on meaning.
This child has no idea what life is really about. Nanny's when she was young, and police escorts and secret service agents, and plenty of influence and money as she grew older. Great schools and jobs paying 6 figures right off the bat via her parents.
She has never struggled financially although she has had her own struggles coming along being a Clinton in name.

You could just as easily be talking about any of the Trump children

"Of course you don't mean that and I know it. You mean to denigrate them for having money and being kids of Donald Trump. LMAO/"

Exactly as you tried to do about Chelsea

Except for the part where the Trump offspring have their own successes and careers of their own outside of Trumpville. All Chelsea has ever done in her whole entire life is be daughter of Bill and Hillary and draw a paycheck for doing nothing except that.

They all work for Trump. How is that outside of Trumpville?

Unless you count selling cheap Chinese knockoffs while screaming "Buy American" as a success.

You're kidding, right? Exactly what were these successful careers you speak of?

A quick google would answer those questions. Talk about freaking lazy.

Ivanka was a model and jewelry designer, then she moved into clothing design. She didn't start working for Trump until later.

Junior graduated from college and became a ski/fish bum in CO for a few years and supported himself tending bar. While not traditionally considered a "success", for real don't knock it - I think all young people should knock about before they settle into their adult rat race.

Eric started working for his dad when he was in high school...working construction. Yes, the boss' kid was a hands on construction laborer as a teenager. Later he formed his own foundation to raise money for St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

You can scoff at that if you like, but it just comes across as petty jealousy. Fact is, Trump's kids were not spoiled. They were not handed their careers as pawns of Mommy and Daddy's political aspirations. By all accounts - even Trump haters - the Trump yoots are industrious and accomplished in their own right. They have always been expected to work and have their own gig, not just show up for a Woman of the Year Award that Mommy bought them.

Yeah Ok...

Too funny!

How is that any different than Chelsea? You just despise the Clintons. You're the petty one.

"Clinton has worked for NBC, McKinsey & Company, Avenue Capital Group, and New York University and serves on several boards, including those of the School of American Ballet, Clinton Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative, Common Sense Media, Weill Cornell Medical College and IAC/InterActiveCorp."

Don Jr.:

After college graduation, Trump moved to Aspen, Colorado. While briefly estranged from his father, for a year he hunted, fished, skied, lived in a truck, and worked as a bartender before returning to New York and joining the Trump Organization. Trump supervises building projects, including 40 Wall Street, Trump International Hotel and Tower, and Trump Park Avenue.[4] Trump appeared as a guest adviser and judge on many episodes of his father's reality television show The Apprentice, from season 5 in 2006 to his father's last season.

Eric:

Trump is an executive vice president at the Trump Organization. He is responsible for the development and acquisition of projects around the world.[11] With his father, he has overseen the expansion of the Trump Golf portfolio of properties, increasing the number from three, when he joined the company, in 2006, to 18 in 2017. The Trump Organization has courses in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, California, Scotland, Ireland, Indonesia, and Dubai.[citation needed] He worked with his sister, Ivanka, to redesign and renovate Trump National Doral and its Blue Monster course in Miami, Florida.[12]

It's so sad that some peoples eyes are so clouded with hatred they can't see the hypocrisy of their statements.

To denigrate Chelsea while simultaneously praising the Trump children is laughable.

You're just jealous. And petty. And a partisan hack who slobbers over anything Democrat like a good little dog. Maybe they can make you president of the Chelsea Fan Club. Maybe put you on THE BOARD!!!
