Prosecutors have turned the boys loose and say the evidence is not there to convict them.
It appears from this story in the Post that they are right.
Nothing changes the fact that these boy did not belong in the 8th grade.
It also tells anyone who didn't already know that at 14 many young girls are sexually active.

Lots of room for speculation here.
Girls and women who cry rape when they consented cause a man a lot of problems.
And they destroy the credibility of lot of women who are raped.
Did she consent to do one boy and found his friend waiting also?

I have no decision of my own on this just putting it here for those who wondered what ever happened to the case.

Well I was a grade off BFD.
What makes it obvious that the school was right?
They sure learned a lot from the program. How to take a girl in the bathroom and get laid.

What's unbelievable? How come it's not possible to simply believe two teenage boys and a teenage girl had consensual sex in the bathroom at school? Tawdry, yes. Inappropriate yes. But, simply nowhere near the violent 'rape' crime the news tried to sell us. If it was two white boys wearing Skynrd t shirts and a black girl, the press certainly would have worked that, too. Klan rape!

As long as we are willing to believe the worst about one another, without evidence, that is what we will do. The justice system is supposed to take care of this. Seems it did. :shrug: Yet, how many Trump supporters jumped all over this as PROOF of what Trump said and did so with no evidence? Did a Sharpton on this? A Treyvon? A Ferguson?
