I was hoping you were not going to ask that...I never measure anything. Lets see, I would say 3/4 to 1 C of mayo (I use Dukes), teaspoon or 2 of Dijon, teaspoon of vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, celery seed & sugar to taste, teaspoon of honey and to taste on the old bay. As you are mixing the dressing, keep tasting it. After you mix it with cabbage, let it set in the fridge for an hour. It tends to be very creamy, which is how I like mine.
