BREAKING: Brennan Admits NO TRUMP PRESSURE To End Russia Investigation

On Tuesday, former CIA Director John Brennan blew a giant hole in conspiracy theories alleging President Trump had pressured the CIA to drop the investigation into former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, telling ranking member Adam Schiff he was “unaware” of any such efforts from Trump.

Schiff asked:

In respect to a number of allegations made recently that the president or his aides may have sought to enlist the help of members the IC [intelligence community] or Director Comey himself to drop the Flynn investigation. Have any members of the IC shared with you their concerns that the president was attempting to enlist the help of people within the intelligence community to drop the Flynn investigation?

Brennan answered, “No, sir.”

Schiff pressed: “Are you aware of any efforts the president has made to enlist the help of the intelligence community to push back on a narrative involving the collusion issue?

Brennan replied succinctly, “I am unaware of it.”

Still with the Dailywire, huh?

Still can't understand English, huh?

So here is the translation and the important words.

Regarding Mr. Brennan, the key word is "former". He is the "former" CIA Director. He was not in the CIA when the reported tampering occurred.

Regarding the first question: Please read what was asked..."have any members share their concerns". This in provides zero answers to the actual question of whether or not the President asked anyone to do anything.

Regarding the second question: The only way Mr. Brennan would have any knowledge is if someone confided in him. Since that question had already been answered by the previous question, this question is irrelevant and pointless. (I know...you probably won't understand this.)

Mr. Brennan did NOT, under any circumstance, say or confirm that there was "NO PRESSURE" as the article title states. Interestingly, this pretty much confirms what the Wikipedia commentary about the Daily Wire that I posted the other day...(oh...no you won't understand that either...will you?)

I know that, under this login, that you like to play the antagonist BUT..... if you want to continue to get the clicks you might want to change up your approach. IT is getting very, very tiring using the same ole' schtick!

Put some effort into it! Get creative would ya'?

here we go, one time only.....

they were asking him about why he sent the intell he had over to the FBI for investigation. His answer to those questions is very pertinent because he was actually the director of the CIA then and he would have presumably been privy to any intel they had. What he said was that he saw enough questionable contacts between the trump camp and russia to send to to be investigated.

as for what pressure President trump put on the various investigations, Brennen could only speak to what happened prior to Jan 20 when he was let go. How would he know what pressures President put on anyone after that?

That Brennan guy.....hmmm

Could it be that Brennan himself is the leaker of classified information? There are reports suggesting he is and isn’t that what is going on in Washington these days -- bogus investigations based on reports of collusion with the Russians and other shenanigans? Could that be any crazier than investigations triggered by the Steele dossier, a classic work of slanderous fiction? Two things we do know -- that the only crime is the leaking of classified information to the newspapers to damage Donald Trump and that Brennan is wrong on who the Russians wanted to win.
