After dinner we drove up to the Watchung Mountains to view the New York skyline. The last time we tried this, we didn't arrive until after sunset. Fall is actually the best time since the trees will have dropped their leaves. Glad we now have more sunlight in the late spring. I didn't bring the camera so I have to use stock photos taken by, I'm sure, very talented photographers.
There is also a 9/11 memorial in the park. Many of the people that died on 9/11 lived in the county where the park is located. The last stop of the evening was to Holsten's Ice Cream Parlor, where they filmed the final scene of the final episode of the Soprano's.
