I'm gonna go with the centered house being the incident address. I think you can even make out the grill in question. Looks like the upstairs bedroom windows let out onto the roof of the first floor. And since that roof is shared.....

NY Strips aren't all that flavorful, you sure you don't need a nice citrus marinade? You can google lemon party for a good one.
