We are back with Obamacare which is dying a quick death. If we stay with Obamacare how may people will be without healthcare in 2026? Methinks a lot more than 26 million,rates will continue to skyrocket and more insurers will leave unprofitable markets making the Affordable Health Care Bill, aka Obammacare not so affordable........just sayin'

From everything I see, I'd guess that Barrycare will have pretty much played itself out long before 2026. At the rate it's collapsing, even a few more years of it is pretty iffy. Illinois isn't the only state that swallowed the Medicaid poison pill either; it's just the first to be collapsing from it.

So within just a few years, more states will be in deep financial trouble due to inability to maintain skyrocketing Medicaid obligations and many state Obamacare exchanges will be empty shells with no participating insurers.

Exactly as they planned.

Why then? They had a majority and passed legislation they wanted. Not that I agree with it,, but it what it is.

Now, the GOP has all three branches of govt. and still can't get #### done. (I'm waiting on my tax breaks)

It's just hard to put those puppies to sleep.......you obviously don't see what a major F ' up Obamacare was and how hard of a mess it is to clean up. It's not like srating from a blank slate.

You have make money to get a tax break.......just sayin'

At this point it's not really about lower premiums and deductibles. Not when the cost of health care (not health insurance) is going through the roof. Is the BCA going to reduce the cost of prescription medicines or minor medical procedures? The odds makers in Vegas are saying No.

And yet those people we were told would fix it, have done what? I have a hard time blaming Obama for passing his key piece of legislation when he had the majority to do so moreso than blaming an inept GOP Congress who couldn't produce any sort of meaningful "repeal" or "replacement" of Obamacare with a current majority of their own.

What do you mean costs? It's perfectly reasonable that they charged me $17 for a single 300mg IBUPROFEN.

Funny how they had the votes to repeal when Obama was president.

To me they are worse than democrats. They lied to us. They pretended to want a repeal.

True..but irrelevant. They never had the votes that certainly would have been required to override Barry's inevitable veto.

That aside....I sure don't see much "evidence" that the GOP did any credible real work on a replacement plan and legislation over all those years....as we'd been led to believe.
