Chilly here in Bah Habah. It rained last night and this morning, which dropped the temp to low 60s. Today we went up to the top of Cadillac Mountain and I could see my breath.

If somebody would go swimming or lay out in the sun for me I'd sure appreciate it.

Went for a walk after work. Temp was 96* and the "Feels Like" temp was 107*. Only made it less than 3 miles before I said Uncle.

I didn't make it that far this morning at 5:30 when it was only 74. Anything over 65 is miserable to me.

    Come on autumn!

Calling for severe thunderstorms this afternoon and tonight.
    Heat index 103

Reminds me of a great poem by Robert Frost I believe.

When the weather is hot and sticky
that's no time for dunking dicky
When the frost is on the Punkin
That's the time for dicky dunkin'

Storm was scary. Lightning hit the house across the street. Blew out the electricity in their bedroom and also their cable for their TVs. Husband and I were on the front porch waiting for oldest to get home from work and saw it happen. Sparks and smoke coming from the side of the house.
