So sad to hear the news he had passed. I had watched Jim Vance for as long as I can remember. I also remember when Doreen Gentzler was the new kid on the block. And the team of him with George Michael was classic and such much fun, especially when they got going about 'rassling'.

Rest In Peace, Jim. I am sure you and George are still laughing and broadcasting together somewhere.

This song was used to end the NBC4 6pm newscast on Friday evening for many many years.
I once contacted the channel to find out what song it was.
They responded that it was 'My Mood' by MFSB and that Jim Vance had brought it to them.
