Along 235 north of Airport Drive and down past CIP? This includes the corner by Outback. I know the airport is being expanded but why all the work along 235?

Also, why does all the grass die under the crepe myrtle (?) plants in the dividers south on 235?

$9/hr employee of the landscaping contractor sprayed the crepemyrtles on a day with immediate rain afterward.

Thank you. It is almost a perfectly dead area on many of those areas. The plants have also not fared well in some of the storms we have had. Very droopy.
