Free speech is great. But, "The First Amendment protects people from adverse actions by the government, but it does not generally apply to actions by private employers." (h/t, the article)

My question on the Google thing is why they didn't fire the person that tweeted that they should fire more white people like that. Doesn't sound very inclusive, and is worse than what the fired employee wrote.
