Article I saw was full of "Well, not the dealers fault, they would still get the stuff". Ignoring, of course, the part where the dealer knew damn well he was selling the stuff hundreds of more times more powerful than regular stuff.

Its about time. That McCauley woman was arrested so many times and given suspended sentences each time! Absolutely ridiculous. Why bother with the expense of a trial if you're just going to give her probation and another suspended sentence??

No, and it should not make any difference if they claim to know or not the concentration of what they are selling illegally, in any way, shape, or form. 2nd degree murder, manslaughter - charge them until something worth serious time sticks. As for those who die from their own illegal purchase and use, sorry, dude, you made that decision. No one to blame but your former living self.

She had no f**ks to give.. on her Facebook she has pictures of the pot she was growing and in the comments somebody asks when shes going to be available to go pick up some blow..
