On another forum someone asked: What should replace Baltimores removed confederate statues?

Nothing. Let's not have any reminders of our history. Erase it all so we walk around oblivious to our past good and bad. Anything and everything can be considered offensive in today's America, so let's just avoid any chance that someone might be offended by our history and leave all public space devoid of historical reminders.

1 of the police cars that was destroyed by the rioters. On the plaque have a smiley face with the text Have A Nice Day.

Just leave those spaces open for free for all rioting and destruction, any day or time, to destroy whatever they want, with no fear of consequences. I'm sure the former mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake would approve of that.

My picks for replacement statues.

  1. Statue of Cal Ripken*
  2. Statue of: (pick one)
    • Johnny Unitas
    • Ed Reed
  3. Statue of Giant Blue Crab and accompanying tin of Old Bay
  4. Statue of: (pick one)
    • Edgar Allen Poe
    • John Waters

I have it on good authority that none of them owned slaves, nor served in the Confederate Army.

*This should be a no-brainer
