At what point do we say enough is enough when it comes to crimes committed against children?

A man was arrested Sunday in Cedar City, Utah, for raping and molesting a girl "thousands of times."
The suspect is Victor Francisco Michel-Lara, who so far is facing two charges of felony rape of a child. Police said in charging documents that it appears he is in the United States illegally and may also be guilty of aggravated re-entry into the United States.

Thousands of times is an exaggeration by a little girl, but certainly it appears that he sexually violated this little child.
The sick MF'er should be hanged on the nearest tree.
I m not a historian and lynching has always been condemned, but IMO some of the lynching was deserved.

What is the sense in deporting people who can come back faster than I can get to Leonardtown.
