What is a 'decent price' for grass cutting/trimming these days anyway? Is it dependent on the size of the yard?

I was desperate last week because my lawn mower broke. A put a shout out on Facebook looking for someone to cut it ASAP. A friend tagged me to this guy; Charles Hood 301-751-0357. He was the out the next day and did a great job. It was $85, and I have a huge yard.

Well, you folks up that way have big yards.....to accommodate the big houses.

Not necessarily. Some folks own YUUUGE houses and have just enough land to call it "a yard." Some folks, the exact opposite.

I doubled up some of them for the two tier look.
